High School Events
Please mark your calendars for our exciting Hollywood Bowl event Thursday, August 2 and bring your family and friends! The concert begins at 8 PM, but we will likely leave the Orange County area between 4-5 PM so we can picnic at the Bowl before the concert.
The LA Philharmonic will be playing Beethoven with special guest, French violinist, Renaud Capucon. The Hollywood Bowl is an open air venue seated in the Hollywood Hills; dress may be casual or dressy, based on your preference. Tickets are $1 each.
Depending on the numbers going, we will either carpool/caravan from the church or purchase $5/each round-trip bus tickets (leaves from/returns to Lakewood Mall). Your families are also welcome to meet us at the Bowl if you prefer (Bowl parking is about $20/vehicle). You may bring jackets, blankets, binoculars, and picnic baskets with dinner if you wish but glass bottles are not permitted in the Bowl.
We have purchased 70 tickets for the High School youth, their families, and friends. To reserve your space before they fill up, please contact the church office, (714) 538-1057 with your desired number of tickets.
